1. Free & Flat Rate Shipping

• Free Express Shipping is available Australia-wide on most Fat Burners Only orders over $89 AUD.
• Standard Shipping is charged at $9.99 AUD on most Fitness Systems United / PTPFit products for orders under $119 AUD.
• Bulky Items (e.g. Core Domes, Fascia Rollers, Resistance Platforms, Aquacore, etc.) incur a flat rate of $19.99 AUD and are not eligible for free shipping.

Multiple Supplier Orders

Some products on the Younger Longer platform are fulfilled by different third-party suppliers, which means your order may be shipped in multiple parcels and incur separate shipping fees based on each supplier’s freight rates and policies.

• Shipping costs will be calculated per supplier, not per order total.
• You’ll see a breakdown of applicable shipping charges at checkout.
• Items from different suppliers may arrive at different times depending on their individual dispatch and delivery timeframes.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, with delivery expected in 1–4 business days for metro areas.
• Remote or regional locations may take up to 7 business days.
• Please allow additional time during peak sales periods such as Cyber.
• Weekend and December–January holiday season.

3. Authority to Leave (ATL)

• All deliveries are made with Authority to Leave, meaning items may be left at your premises if no one is home to accept them.
• Younger Longer is not responsible for lost or stolen goods where ATL has been applied.

4. Important Notes

• All deliveries are Australia-wide only. We do not currently ship internationally.
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

B. Returns & Cancellations

1. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item is faulty, defective or damaged, you may request an exchange or refund.
• You must contact us within 14–30 days (depending on brand) of receiving your item. Please email: shipping@youngerlonger.life.

• Reason for the return

A return authorisation number and instructions will be provided.

2. Conditions for Return

• Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
